The staff were helpful and knew their area. I was in the updated room, it was quiet. Got a comfortable bed and perfectly clean bathroom. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect position right by local stores. I had a pleasant stay for a business trip in town. The hotel staff were knowledgeable about the area and always ready to assist. My room was recently updated and provided a peaceful environment. The comfortable bed and spotless bathroom were much appreciated. Moreover, the hotel's location by local stores was extremely convenient.

I liked that there was a sofa bed in the room in case of an extra guest, but we did not need it. Room was at the ground floor across from the pool.

We needed a kitchenette and it was not what the inn had adverstised. I was very disappointed. There was no coffee pot in the room.

Big hotel with a nice pool and a comfy and incredible location in a decent area. Location: the property was right by THE RIVER, New Braunfels, restaurants and freeway. We found nice Palm Cafe nearby with hot beverages.

Great location next to Guadalupe River Tubing, Gruene Hall, restaurants, and freeway with plenty of good food options nearby.

Nothing it was the worse place I've ever started at

It was dirty, bugs everywhere, neighbors tried to break in to our room and when we told the front desk they did nothing, there was a huge party in the rooms beside us and above us didn't get any sleep sure to it when tried to complain they did nothing, we had to purchase our own cleaner to clean the bathroom because it was covered in dirt and the beds had dirty sheets on them had to purchase blankets due to beds being dirty. The front desk did nothing about this issue. I will never stay in this hotel and I will tell all my friends and family to never stay there. The cost was way too high and could not get a refund.

The hotel was clean with large and spacious rooms. The staff was excellent. The highlight was the delicious food. The location was fantastic, close to everything. I found a nice Wendy's nearby, only about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The double room is updated and comes with central heating and cable channels. The private bathroom is absolutely clean. The hotel has an incredible and convenient location, close to local stores, restaurants, and Gruene Hall.
